Brushies consists of a plastic toy, a penguin, that attaches to any toothbrush. It connects via Bluetooth to the Brushies app, which can be downloaded for free and easily installed on smartphones and tablets. When your child is ready to brush their teeth, all they have to do is enter the game and start brushing.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"height: 414px; width: 640px;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/brushies-slika_640x414.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The game consists of balloons that constantly inflate during brushing and encourage children to continue brushing their teeth.<br \/>\nAfter two minutes, the game ends, and the children are rewarded with another game that also lasts only two minutes. However, to get that reward, they must first brush their teeth.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"float: left; height: 212px; width: 340px;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/image02.png\" alt=\"\" \/>This way, children are motivated to brush their teeth and it is no longer just a hated obligation, but something they look forward to. Also, the data that the penguin collects is displayed in brushing statistics, which shows parents whether their children have brushed their teeth.<\/p>\n<p>It is important to note that the development of this product was carried out in collaboration with dentists, as well as educators. In further development, even closer collaboration with the dental industry is planned, as new, more complicated games are being developed that will be designed to encourage children to brush every corner of their mouths.
